They have kind of a similar sound to Voxtrot (one of my favorite bands), but ten times sillier. Actually, they're kind of Weird Al Yankovic-ish, except with semi-serious lyrics. I think I read somewhere that they're very Bohemian Rhapsody, which makes sense when you realize the huge range that Ben Thornewill's voice has.
(By the way, don't be deceived into thinking that I'm so cool that I know names of indie band members off the top of my head. That's what Wikipedia is for.)
Their debut album, "Let Live and Let Ghosts," has a pretty ridiculous title. However, I can forgive them that since the contents are flippin' sweet.
